Wine Storage Expansion

Now with building permit in hand, the Dalke Construction Co team is in full stride building a 62,000 square foot addition in Salem, Oregon. It is expansion space for NW Wine Storage, that is conditioned for proper wine storage temperature.  Stratus is working on behalf of the landlord that is expanding space for a valued tenant.

Footings and floor slab are being placed according to weather as it will allow. The steel building structure will arrive on schedule.  Occupancy is slated for early Q2 of 2026.
