Columbia Warehouse Done

Construction is completed on the new beverage warehouse in Southern Oregon for Columbia Distributing. The new 78,000 sq ft warehouse with cooler and offices for the region is located in White City, near Medford. Perlo Construction finished the VLMK/LRS designed project ahead of schedule. Stratus Developers managed the project on behalf of Columbia Distributing and its parent, Meritage.

The before and after pictures illustrate the sharp contrast between the former field and new state of the art high clear height warehouse. Distribution routes will serve Southern Oregon and the south Oregon coast. This is a significant expansion from the former warehouse occupied in Medford.
