Demolition started for redevelopment of an office building at 4040 Douglas Way in Lake Oswego. The building is being recreated as the headquarters for Acme Construction Supply, a tool and strut dealer in the west coast states. This is the fourth development project for Stratus Developers to manage on behalf of the owners.

Portland Wine Company received building permit for an addition over the holidays.  The winery and tasting room for Love and Squalor label will be taking shape in the extensive conversion of an old in Southeast Portland.  Stratus Real Estate Developers is managing the designing, permitting and constructing of the project on behalf of its owners.
