Acme Opens Cheyenne

Acme Construction Supply has opened its newest distribution center and will call store in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Stratus Developers managed the tenant improvements and fit-up on behalf of Acme as tenant.

This new branch is immediately shipping strut, connectors, safety gear and other supplies to contractors building out data centers in that market. A challenge for the project was upgrading the fire sprinklers to accommodate aerosols and plastic within the power tool cases. Western States Fire Protection was instrumental in converting the system to a Controlled Mode Specific Application (CMSA) system that provides ESFR-like robust protection even with a sloped roof that is not allowed with more common ESFR systems.
