AFP Systems Paved

Critical sitework and paving was completed just before the winter weather arrived on the AFP Systems project in Sherwood, Oregon.  Walen Construction, as general contractor, has completed the building structure and skin installation as well.  Stratus is working on behalf of AFP Systems following work last year to partition the property so surplus land could be sold to another party.

The focus now is on the interior office and shop improvements.  The 22,500 sf main office and shop facility is scheduled to be complete in February of 2026. AFP Systems is a well known fire sprinkler contractor in the Northwest.
