Completing Delta Logistics

The Delta Logistics warehouse in Wilsonville is nearing completion.  It is a concrete tilt-up wall building shell of 62,000 square feet. Stratus is working on behalf of the owner. One of the unique challenges for construction was installation of a high retaining wall with soil anchor tie-backs using special equipment that was imported for the job.

As a speculative property for lease, the ownership awaits a tenant to customize the interior improvements. It would well suit a warehouse or manufacturing operation.
